Angelic Health Wound Care
What we provide
We evaluate and create a treatment plan for all types of wounds from the most difficult cases to the most common chronic wounds caused by pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, vascular disorders, coronary artery disease and peripheral artery disease. Cardiac and vascular conditions, and those developed as a result of diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure and cholesterol can block or slow the flow of blood to arms, legs as well as internal organs. If not properly treated these wounds may lead to complications such as amputations and reduced quality of life.
Our team educates you about your wound, its management options, directions on how to maintain the care plan, and expectations of the healing process. Building a trusting patient-centered relationship is the foundation of our care.
We provide wound care for all type of skin issues including:
- Pressure Ulcers (also known as bed sores)
- Venous Ulcers
- Artery Ulcers
- Diabetic Foot Ulcers
- Surgical Wounds
- Skin Tears
- Moisture Associated Skin Damage
How is Wound Care paid?
